This website is owned and operated by Free Radical 666. Our platform provides e-commerce sales of original art, limited-edition framed prints, and a custom manufacturing service that translates user-submitted images into three-dimensional custom sculptures.

2. CUSTOM 3D-PRINTED SCULPTURE SERVICES

By utilizing the Free Radical 666 Custom 3D Design Tool, you acknowledge and agree to the following workflow regulations:

  • 2.1 Configuration and Baseline Pricing: Options selected via our configuration tool (Style, Size, Material, Orientation) generate estimated base pricing. Final pricing variations depend on material volume and the structural parameters of the custom design.

  • 2.2 Design Previews and Approval: After receiving your initial payment, configuration details, and reference images, our design team will generate a digital 3D preview. This preview will be communicated to you via email. Production (3D printing) will only commence upon your explicit, written approval of this preview and the completion of full payment.

  • 2.3 Inherent Variations in Material: Our sculptures are produced using precise additive manufacturing (3D printing) methods utilizing premium polymers (e.g., PLA, industrial-grade heat and UV-resistant ASA filament), resins, or infused mediums (e.g., wood or marble finishes). Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom art finishing, subtle superficial textures, micro-layer lines, or color variances are natural characteristics of the production method and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

3. USER UPLOADS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our custom creation service requires the submission of image files (Front, Back, Profile views).

  • 3.1 Warrant of Ownership: By uploading any reference photos, illustrations, portraits, or character designs ("User Content"), you warrant that you are the sole legal owner of the intellectual property or have acquired explicit, legal licensing rights to reproduce said imagery as a physical sculpture.

  • 3.2 Infringement Liability: Free Radical 666 strictly prohibits the submission of third-party copyrighted materials, corporate logos, or intellectual property without verifiable ownership. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Free Radical 666 against any legal claims, damages, copyright lawsuits, or trademark enforcement actions resulting from the physical production of your uploaded User Content.

  • 3.3 Right of Refusal: We reserve the absolute right to reject and cancel any order containing uploaded material deemed unlawfully obtained, defamatory, non-consensual, or in violation of third-party copyrights.

4. ORIGINAL ART & LIMITED-EDITION PRINTS

  • 4.1 Intellectual Property of Free Radical 666: All original sculptures (including the Sentient series, The Prophet, Impact, etc.), digital concepts, 3D asset models, text, custom imagery, website graphics, animations, and limited-edition printed works hosted on this website are the sole intellectual property of Free Radical 666.

  • 4.2 Personal Use Only: Purchasing a physical sculpture, resin model, or framed print grants you ownership of that single physical item. It does not grant you the right to digitally scan, replicate, mass-produce, 3D print, or commercially exploit the design without express, written licensing authorization from Free Radical 666.

5. CURRENCY, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

  • 5.1 Currency Selection: Prices are dynamically displayed and processed based on your selected regional currency (e.g., CAD, USD, EUR) as managed through our secure checkout system.

  • 5.2 Order Finality: Because custom commissions are uniquely fabricated to individual specifications, all sales of custom 3D-printed sculptures are 100% non-refundable and non-exchangeable once you have provided final 3D design preview approval and production has initiated.

6. SHIPPING AND PERFORMANCE LIABILITY

  • 6.1 Logistics: Free Radical 666 offers shipping to domestic and international destinations. Shipping calculations and promotions (such as complimentary standard shipping) are computed during the checkout process.

  • 6.2 Delivery Timelines: While we endeavor to fulfill custom pieces promptly upon design sign-off, indicated timelines are estimates. Custom artistic commissions are subject to variance based on configuration complexity, curing stages, and international customs processing times. Free Radical 666 is not liable for structural delays originating from courier carrier services or customs holdings.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

Free Radical 666 provides this website, its interactive 3D asset preview structures, and custom services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Radical 666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, file upload failures, or the use or display of our physical products.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
